RALEIGH, NC – Mike Morrison having been in the real estate industry for over 30+ years. After being affiliated with a couple other real estate firms in the Raleigh, NC area over the years decided to create a new real estate firm that would include a small group of the Best and most experienced Agents to focus truly on sharing their experience in real estate to better serve the needs of those looking to Buy, Sell, and/or Develop real estate in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Morrison has not only been a REALTOR® helping home buyers and sellers utilizing his 30+ years of industry experience, particularly with respect to residential home sales and land & lot development, but since entering the world of real estate in 1993 Morrison has personally developed many residential subdivision projects from raw land into finished building lots, as well as, negotiated and brokered the sale of hundreds of residential lots to national, regional, and local builders around the Triangle. He has worked both for builders and for individual lot owners on both the buying and the selling end of real estate transactions, making him an ideal fit for anyone looking to buy or sell a home, build a home, or looking at Land, whether for personal uses, a farm, or to develop into finished residential building lots. Morrison’s years of experience working with all the processes necessary in evaluating land for these type uses is second to none. Furthermore, Morrison has worked with many homeowners over the years as a Buyer’s Agent helping them to find and purchase their dream home. In addition to real estate sales and development, Morrison brings over 25 years of mortgage lending experience to the table to even better serve his clients who are looking to buy their next home, tract of land, or any other type of real estate.
